SofolX provides a technical digital-payment gateway that helps merchants connect customers with configured payment methods. SofolX does not directly hold or control customer funds.
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy and compliance of your website, products, services and transactions.
Illegal gambling, fraud, Ponzi schemes, money laundering, terrorist financing, illegal goods/services, abusive automation and any harmful activity are prohibited.
SofolX may request identity or business documents before enabling sensitive features such as payment links, API access or landing pages.
The platform is provided “as is”. You remain responsible for business operations, disputes, refunds, taxes and regulatory compliance.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for security risks, illegal activity, policy violations, non-payment or legal compliance.
Referral rewards apply only to legitimate successful purchases. Fraudulent, duplicate or refunded activity may be reversed.
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by applicable laws of Bangladesh, subject to competent courts in Bangladesh.

সংবেদনশীল ফিচার চালুর আগে পরিচয় বা ব্যবসায়িক কাগজপত্র চাওয়া হতে পারে।
নিরাপত্তা ঝুঁকি, অবৈধ কাজ, নীতিমালা ভঙ্গ বা আইনগত কারণে অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বন্ধ করা হতে পারে।
শুধু বৈধ ও সফল ক্রয়ের জন্য রেফারেল কমিশন প্রযোজ্য। প্রতারণামূলক বা রিফান্ড হওয়া কমিশন বাতিল হতে পারে।
